Graham Colton was born in Oklahoma City and was a lifer at Heritage Hall school. He was an all-state quarterback on the state championship team in along side best friend Wes Welker. He began writing and performing songs while in high school at local restaurants and coffee shops in the Paseo Arts District and around Oklahoma City. During his Freshmen year attending Southern methodist University in Dallas, his songs found their way into the hands of several record companies and well known bands including Adam Duritz of the Counting Crows. Graham and his new band were asked to Join the Crows on their Hard Candy Tour across the country. What started as a string of tour dates kicked off 4 years of non-stop touring with multiple artists including Dave Matthews Band, John Mayer, Maroon 5, Kelly Clarkson, Needtobreathe, and Jason Mraz.
He was eventually signed to Universal Records and had his first hit song with ‘Best Days’ which he performed on TV shows like Ellen, The Late show with David Letterman, The Tonight show with Jay Leno, The Today show, and others. His songs have been featured on numerous TV shows and national commercials and he has gone on to open Lunar Manor recording studio in OKC.
