Product description
A fruity ruby red characterizes the glass. As a pure red wine of the Kadarka grape variety, this red wine bears witness to history. This popular Bulgarian red wine is better known as "Rose Valley Kadarka" and is pressed and bottled from the Kadarka grape variety in Bulgaria according to an old recipe. However, since little wine grows in the so-called Rose Valley, this designation may hardly be used anymore, according to EU law only for wines of local wine producers from grapes of the Kadarka grape variety from exactly this region. Sweet on the palate, it is beautifully round and smooth with intense fruit aromas of red forest fruits and cherry jam.
This fine fruity taste and its nicely integrated acidity makes it popular among all Kadarka lovers and is always an enrichment of social occasions. Its full body and the aforementioned balancing acidity make this wine an ideal companion to strong meat dishes typical of the country or to hearty cheese. Enjoy it slightly chilled at its ideal serving temperature of 16 - 18 °C.
