WHAT WE DID

We provided a ‘concept to final production’ turnkey solution.

We created a dedicated vehicle build facility at Prodrive to receive and convert vehicles, also performing full QC audits before return delivery to Land Rover.

We built a multi-skilled production team with a high focus on craftsmanship and quality together with a responsive and agile production system. To complete the conversions we sourced an extended supply chain of 60 manufacturers to produce the unique components required.

THE RESULTS
