    Arthur was born in 1862. He was the son of Arthur Fuller and Matilda Wall.[1][2] Arthur Charles Fuller married Emma Jane Smallacombe in 1887.[3] He passed away in 1925 and was buried in Peterborough Cemetery (section Protestant 3, plot 484).[4][5]
